slman is right.. first apply for the job from overseas.. you can get a better contract.. and yearly tickets.. allowance for rent.. etc... then come to your work in Qatar.. work on your visa and then you can sponsor your family and make them come.. or she can come with a visiting visa and then change it under your sponsorship.. then she sould look for a job from Doha, when you guys are all settled in... that's easier for you and her!
