But if you use the Cable connected with your router you will notice you'll get the rate of 100 mbps again that is only the peak rate that can handle by your router.
So Don't be confused if you see the 54mbps vs with your new connection for 1 mb. your 1 mb speed is given by the provider, while the 54mbps is from the router can handle. in either ways of connection you use? you still get maximum speed of 1 MB.
