the difference is that maids in Qatar, originally live far away from home... so in Qatar there is no "their own house".... there is no way you can give them two days off! where are they going to go? it's different here.. they get a vacation every two years.. and tickets to their homes are paid.. they get evening "rest" but they spend it in their own rooms relaxing.. but that's all!
