buying it online from handtec or colve will save you at least 1,000 QAR.
and if you are going to Android its highly recommended to wait for the the Galaxy II .. as I know Clove will start shipping it on 25th of March and yet its still in the same price range.
The only thing you are going to miss is the arabic support, which is not an issue any way you have to root the device .. because all Samsung android device need the LagFix to perform
