I see a suicidal mother who is living with her children in a home with almost no utilities who admits herself that she is sometimes unable to cope. Very difficult situation. Since the authorities in the UK have recently been excoriated for failing to remove children from potentially dangerous situation I can see their side, also. But what does this have to do with QL?
