By the way, I have just noticed, you didn't allow anything for travelling from Doha.. well, this is miscalculation.. you will desperately desire to get out of this sandpit at least 2-3 times a year.. :)
so again, I definitely wouldn't change almost C$8000 to QAR 28,000.. unless you are looking for anything but extra saving..
