so how do you call them "friends"? If they do such things to you without any explanations, they do not consider you their friend, and don't even care about you..and you are talking only about hanging out! what if one day you needed their HELP, and you rely on them, thinking that they are your friends, and they give you a cold shoulder instead?
don't call them "my great friends", because they are obviously not your friends...
