This service might be available with other car maintenance facilities, but I was satisfied with the services at Teyseer Service Center located between the Qatar Airways Tower and Maaza Restaurant. This is not car wash (jack wash). Ask them for the engine wash - first the engine oil is drained and filled with a special engine-wash oil and idle run the engine for about 10-15 min - later serviced with regular engine oil. The charges may be between QR80 to QR100.
