It's simple. analyze why exactly you are angry. On a scale from 1 to 10, how important is your problem? Think about it, does feeling angry make it better?
Look at what made you angry from different angles, especially from the angle the other person may look at it.
More often than not you will find out you don't really have a reason to be angry.
IF you DO have a reason to be angry, aknowledge it and move on, don't dwell on it. Do all this BEFORE you react.
