Two points to clarify:
How it helps evolution process: when Mukesh makes a 27 storey building, I and many similar human beings, would “strive” to makes bigger and better than that….this will result into me doing more hard/smart work and that’s bottom-line of human growth story to go for bigger, better…….
They are extra ordinary: yes they are, because (a) they are not ordinary, no ordinary person has a billion, (b) they do have extra ordinary skills, even if they inherited billions, to sustain it. And, if they really have no skills, they lose it very shortly, and then they are neither billionaire nor extra ordinary (history is full of such losers who lost empires due to having “only ordinary skills”).
Corollary to this: give me a billion and my skills will be tested, if I can develop skills I can sustain it (actually make more billions) and if I can’t, I’m just an ordinary person.
PS : many right thinking people cherish on other’s success including opulence :)
