i have subscribe for mozaic tv on 22 jan and they install me it on 27 jan.i told there in the office to the agent to subscribe me for sport plus package they told me for two months all the channel are free affter that you have to pay 30 riyals i say ok to him and i also mark sport plus channel in the subscription form.BUT when i saw ur comment i just call 111 for conformation that which package is active for me they told me there is no package active for u .you have to see all channel free till 27 march then u will activate a package. guide me why they did not activate me the sport package can i go to that agent or told any manager or show the form is evidence that i have applied.becz 111 says that you cannot subscribe any pakage untill your free two month expire. may two expire just before semifinals and final match.what should i do
