for international events like this, there is no space for improvvisation. By 4 o'clock I saw on al wabb street at least 25 trucks with workers cleaned up and sent to the stadium (most proabably other trucks were on their way), because they needed to "fill" the stadium, to look good as Blatter and Platini were attending the match!! nowhere else in the world things like this happen....however, even so, you organize it at all levels, where you first let people with tickets in and then you fill the rest of the stadium.
They are stingy and hire cheap people with no experience.....what do you expect? Mess!
Think big, if you want to achieve better results.
