Yes expat and average people are trapped between these 2 extremes and the trouble is that we don't see and end to this chaos as more money and human resource is being pumped in wars and still people like bush get elected twice. I think things will be much better If the super powers, particularly 1 just stop interfering and let the natural evolution process take course and rather concentrate on their own financial crisis, we will have a lot happier people and world.
