Well expat, I guess we more or less agree to each other as I never blamed the general masses of the west and it was always the governments, however this is also a fact that these governments are elected by the masses and the establishments and Bureaucracy in these states are putting fears of different sort in their mind to force them to allow the government to do things which otherwise they will not be able to do like the free use of force against other states.
