the Radio tagging as per them is to ensure the monitoring of their movement so that they do not move anywhere else in US till full investigations are completed.

But this looks pretty silly considering that the students can now drag US Immigration to court. I saw interview of one Student, by looks of it it seems they are scared and want to return.
