regarding the freezing, there is two reasons possibility
first is minor, happen 1 or 2 time per week, this will be caused by service load from Qtell main broadcast nodes.
second is major, happen all the time, i believe it is bad copper line.
cause at the end it is last mile access over DSL service.
so if you have new installed copper lines at your area so you will feel satisfied and you will note suffer freezing.
for example i live in Ezdan and have very good service.
