The notion of struggling for freedom is not a novelty to us, Egyptians. We've raged and won, notably, in 1919, 1923, 1952, 1973. We've recently endured hardships of 1956, 1967, not to mention having been drained and fought with and/or for the Palestinians, Yemenis, Sudanese, and Algerians..etc. We've been subjugated by the Emergency Law and unspeakable injustices for the longest time. The doors are wide open for one more legitimate strike.
That's why I laughed at some of the stupid superficial comments made about Egypt on this thread.
