Mandi, they have it in the Belgian restaurant in the Intercon. Have to say though, would not touch raw mince anywhere except in my home country. We have super strict laws regarding hygiene etc.
And raw mince can be very dangerous if not 100% fresh and stored/ prepared the right way.
