I don't know anything about this school but it's interesting to see some members are lauding her/his decision to make wearing gowns mandatory for the teachers. Based on my experience in the education field, making teachers wearing gowns, wearing turbans etc are just cosmetic measures. They might make your staff 'look' professional but wouldn't do anything for the quality of education. I will be impressed if a principal improves the quality if education facilitates more trainings and learning opportunities for the teachers.
