If HR had to invite for the interview 20-30 candidates, all this HR dept should be fired, as they have no clue how to select candidates based on CVs. Have you ever heard of short-listed candidates?

No need to repeat your CV, and no need "to practice" your speech, but what you have to do is to be yourself and to try to PRESENT yourself at your best.
