Beleive it or not in secular countries you are not defined by your religion or lack thereof - I repeat, your religion is not on your passport. The state does not have a right to know these things - one is never asked, not even in a census(although you can mention it if you wish). Thus this why the figures from the UK on conversion rates are pure guess work.

Again there is no such thing as an ID card in the UK - they don't exist.
