yes, thank you , I showed the guy all the previous bills from 2008 to 2010 and said .... LOOK, look.... this is not right . ... guess what ,he was like ..... it is right , we raised the price of electricity since 2008 ..... ok, I am like: NO i am not talking about the price here, I am talking about the usage , it is not right.... so he went on , telling me the price is higher , blah, blah, blah, what a no brainer ..... anyways , I have tried my best , with evidence and good words.... but he don't care, don't know , don't want to know ..........
