You might have gone to the wrong area after they told you its not clear. In case if you dont get your finger prints clear, Request them for manual finger prints then they will send you to another area where they will enter it manually. Then after 4 days go back to immigration dept.

Be sure that you submitted the documents for visa application properly without a mediator.
