Actually i went on a medical leave of three months and it was approved by the CEO and after three months i wrote him to rejoin and he first said that come and join and then all of a sudden he simply send me an email that my services are no more required for the company....
i spent with the company about 2.5 years.
This is the situation i.e. the company sack me when i was on approved vacations.
