nadiaqatar, you are member on QL for 1 year 46 weeks.. don't you still know that you have to ask a permission for your every step in qatar.. and you ask such silly questions : do you need papers to run your business? that's why you get such silly answers: no, yallah, no need nothing, no papers, no registrations, no 100 permits... just buy your bus, or plane or helicopter and do whatever you want..
