Yesterday i called Customer care to rectify my Broadband issue and the first guy said he ll transfer to techie ppl. and I ve waited for more than 30 mins but no one responded except Automated Voice continually saying ur call is imp. to us!!!???
Then again i called at night and the same blah blah... but this time i didnt giveup. put on the speaker mode and waited for more than 45 mins. Atlast one guy attended and solved my issue. Thanks to him.
But Qtel is this ur customer support??? Collecting huge price for services and not willing to provide adequate customer support. And you ppl are celebrating as u r one of the best in the region!!!!
