I've had my 2nd CS operation last month here in Qatar (my 1st one is in the Phil). My ob/gyne in Hamad Hospital gave me the free will to decide whether I want to deliver nnormally or not. Sufficient info together with the options were laid to me an my husband.

The only setback I've seen was that they won't induce your labor thus prolonging the agony.
