We submitted our applications for two of our children at DMBS for 2010 academic year.
We were frustrated and disappointed in the way our applications was treated by the Principal and the school enrollment administrator.
We eventaully withdrew our childens applications after paying the application fees.
Some of our problems were:
1. The school took several weeks to reply to our request.
2, When we enquired about our childrens applications, after several phone calls, we were told that we must just wait until the school gets back to us. They never did get back to us. We also found out that applications from students with certain nationalities were automatically/immediately accepted at the school.
3. When we enquired the Principal was rude and made racist comments to our enquiries.
4. During our childs entrance testing a Primary school Principal enquired why did we apply at the school as they don't have place.Then my Q was why did they contact us to have the test done???
If you are providing a service with such attitudes i can just imagines how these people are educating children of the future.
