as far as my knowledge goes, if u are taking away your kid from the school, school has got the right to charge you the full fees for the year, this was told to us while getting the admission itself in other Indian schools, as if u withdraw the kid inbetween they will not get other kid to fill that slot so they will loose the business, so all schools follow the same system,
