As for timebandit and a few other smart-alecks - what is your problem? I'm not having a brag that I earn so much $$$ nor am I complaining about the Qatari way of life. I am an Aussie with middle eatern heritage who has an understanding of both sides of the world, so please leave the crap out of your responses or don't bother replying to my thread.

I'm simply trying to get a jist of what the salaries are like here in Qatar and gather some thoughts and opinions. Not some of the rudeness I've been shown.
