i worked almost 7yrs in qatar and just went back here in my country last april 2010. i need to go back and work in qatar again but i have a cancelled visa. My previous employer didn't issue NOC for me but promised to issue as long as the new employer will give official letter to prove that they are willing to employ me. I was planning to get a business visa and convert it to working visa if i'll be lucky to find a new employer....can somebody advise me regarding this topic....thanks in advance.
