I believe there are good Saudis, just as there are good Qataris, good Emiratis, good Omanis, good people from all nationalities - however, why aren't the good people making sure the bad people are behaving in a civilized manner according to the laws of the land? That's the real problem here, good people are allowing bad things to happen by saying and doing nothing.
