This is inciting treason and should not be tolerated.. freedom of speech be damned. I don't understand why any government is tolerating this crap. These extremists can get away with stuff like this only in countries like UK and that's a fact. Which is why they won't dare come to "reform" countries like Saudi and Qatar.
