Shoppers asking ''How much is this?'' while pointing at the price tag of the item - this might be during the sale campaign, and the customer wants to know whether the tag indicates the original price and the discount will be given, or it is a final price after discount... nothing wrong with that. - Asking ''what color is this?'' while looking at a red cellphone or mp3 player - maybe they want to know exact color name as per catalog. - Those who doesnt know what ''out of stock'' means and proceed to asking '' no? nothing in the whole shop?'' what do they think? We are hiding the items so that they cant buy it? - don't even start with me on this one
How many times i heard, this is out of stock, and finally the item was found in storage. Or even better, right at the showroom! Once I was looking for small cabinet with 3 drawers. I pointed on some cabinet at the showroom, and asked the sales person, if they have something like that, but made of metal and smaller. The quick answer was : No!. I made two steps, and run into the cabinet that I was exactly looking for, as per my description to the salesman. I asked him: and what is that? He looked at it surprisingly, and said quietly: this is the last piece. I turn my head, and saw another "last piece", and another one.. So I just do not trust to the salesperson when he/she says it is out of stock. I think it is unprofessional, and simply because the salesman is lazy to go and check it in the storage. So no "LOLS" here as well..
In general, sales people are so much incompetent and unprofessional in Qatar, that it’s even funny to start such thread. They have no clue about what do they sell, about their products’ specifications, availability. Sometimes they give you such silly answers, that you are not sure how to react. The CUSTOMERS are the ones who supposed to “LOLS” at the salesmen in Qatar, not other way around.
