Guess she'll have to break the piggy bank then! Seriously this is just weird..granted kiddies on bikes can be quite hazardous. A few weeks back on the way to the masjid a boy lost speed of his bike and banged in to my husband and that was quite bad. but that said they are kids!How can we hold them responsible? sheeesh! guess its just money..why else wait 2 years?!
