As stated Soniya, this case seems that there is something behind it. Nobody will joke to his wife like this, specially Muslims, as they know the importance of these words. Secondly if he did it by mistake, he will not reveal it to anybody. Here he did that and then he wrote to Dewband for the legal Fatwa?????? it is very clear, he want to get rid of his wife.
