really isolated cases of rude locals, but the problem is, these rude locals are commonly encountered by also many of us and that's where the perception comes out!

Me, all my Qatari neighbors are good families. But most of the times, I encounter rude Qataris on parking lots, on roads etc etc. Few but sometimes really get to your nerves!
