Take care not always recording Tel Call or Video will help, sometimes the court will not relay on those evidences, the best evidence is witness, you should let some of your friends see him when he is doing those things, any way i think the best solution is to inform him verbally that’s you r don’t want to continue with him and ask him for a release or to send u back to your country, tell him that u don’t want to create a problems to him , and you are not the kind of those people, and see his reaction !! , and if you really believe in God, believe me God will reward u with a job better than him.

Also if you can find Arabian person in order to talk to him in a polite way this will be good also.
