I think Susan Philipsz will win - she was very popular in London over the summer doing work down by the Thames at Somerset House. Plus it's something I don't recall the Turner Prize showcasing before, another plus is the fact that it is public and accessable to large amounts of people - the work she produces from the prize money will be very visible.
