u will not be able to purchase the phone from the US website.the phones sold in the link that u posted are all locked with their carriers in USA , which means u will have to always wait for an unlock to activate those phones.

buy it from Apple's official UK website which is :-

http://www.apple.com...

over here the phones are officially unlocked which means buy it once and no worries about unlocks and further hassle.
