How many people have actually been to Bombay... Those wo dunno abt our city and comment on it as if they know the city as the back of their hand.

I can't comment on something that happens regionally in,say Karachi, because I don't know anyting abt its regional issues.

Similairly, people who dont know a thing abt college admission procedures in Bombay shud first find out what the thing is, and then offer their 'VALID' criticisms.
