2. infrastructure - modern & awesome designs of their stadiums will put Qatar in consideration..
3. history - if and when Qatar host the 2022 WC, it will be a first here in the Middle East region..
On the contrary, Qatar will lose the bid because :
1. religion - Islam is very conservative.. World Cup is wild.. no fans will allow themselves to be stop by police just because they are singing on the road.. Fan zones? not a solution..
2. weather - this aspect was 1 reason why Qatar didn't qualified in their Olympic bid..
3. dress code - Fans coming from all over the world will dress as per their comfortability given the concept of WC as a day of football celebration..
