Chelsea/ Xena- is there anything that Animal Welfare association can do in this case???? I mean everytime someone is posting such topic on QL and then no action. We need to take a step ahead for poor animals and I am completely clueless on what can be done for them.

I have been to Souq Waqif many times and everytime I go there, I question them abt animal health and all but people (asians) dont know what to answer and they just smile at me. The owners, never bother to come forward and talk to us.
