The aviation field is a pressurized industry.Things can very easily fall off the tracks if a certain level of professionalsm and discipline is not maintianed.Perhaps QR has recognised that a certain level of the above is vital to their success...so I say good luck to QR and all of their staff who indentify and adapt to the company culture.It's only natural that those that dont ,wont last-.Perhaps a company with a different outlook to business would suit them better.
Lastly ,"if we were not there when something happend,we should not invent it with our small minds and spread it withour huge mouths."
