It's near the Gharaffa sports club which is behind Gulf English School, when you get to GES from the north road bridge, turn right at the roundabout, go straight and you will see Gharaffa club in front, turn left at the roundabout near the club, go straight on (with club on your right) at second roundabout you will see the health centre.
