An 'Eid Gah' means as stated by 'Saeedkan' is an open air space for performing two Eid prayers like 'Eidul Fitr' and 'Eidul Adha'. And it is the 'Sunnah' of our beloved prophet Muhammed (sallallahu Alaihiwa sallam) to perform two Eid prayers should be at 'Eid Gah' which is any open spaces outside the Masjid.
