Once you are in Qatar, you are governed by law of the land and it is applicable to all the religion. Most of the companies reduce working hours to 6 and there is no lunch break.
To support our Muslim colleagues, we are not supposed to eat or drink in their presence as it causes temptation to them hence indirectly every one observes fast.
It is quite oblivious that if someone works for more than 6 hours during Ramadan, he is entitle for the OT.
