Your current pay is very good. If at all QP manages to match or top it (which I doubt they will...and we are just talking about Basic pay), it may not be worth all the hassle relocating to Q. Being a PR of Canada, you will still have to pay taxes.
For future reference, don't worry too much about western vs asian pay packages. Even in the best of places around the world you may not get what you are actually worth. Times are different...it is fortunate that you have a choice. Hold on to what you know for sure is good, be it back in Canada or here in Q.
