I have a similar condition and wants to leave back for all but my employer is in India and i am working here for sponsor who has provided me the RP.

He is reluctant to my exit but my company in India has accepted my resignation how can i get the exit permit from the sponsor, i have already requested my company for it to do it with sponsor also i there some problem if i does not cancel the RP and leave. I heard that there is a rule sue to which you cannot enter any GCC country if the cancellation is not stamped.
