try buying a dvd and follow it. easier and cheaper. for beginners i found a dvd of shilpa shetty, an indian celebrity. it was good plus the background music is very nice. for a more advanced one, try denise austin dvd. Its a killer but its worth it. I have been doing it everyday and i feel great.
